General enrollment procedures

Enrolling in our school is an exciting step towards a quality education for your child. Here are the general enrollment procedures to guide you through the process:

  • 1. Enquiry

    Start by expressing your interest in our school by contacting our admissions office. You can do this through phone, email, or by filling out an inquiry form on our website. Our admissions team will provide you with all the necessary information and answer any questions you may have.

  • 2. School Visit

    We encourage you to schedule a school visit to get a firsthand experience of our campus, facilities, and educational programs. During the visit, you will have the opportunity to meet with our admissions staff, tour the campus, and learn more about our curriculum and extracurricular activities.

  • 3. Application Submission:

    To proceed with the enrollment process, you will need to complete and submit the application form. The application form will typically require basic student information, contact details, previous academic records (if applicable), and any supporting documents requested by the school such as

    • - 2 recent Passport Photographs
    • - 1 copy of birth certificate (National Population Commission)
    • - Last result from previous school
    • - Health report
    • - Transfer Letter (where applicable)

  • 4. Assessment or Interview:

    Depending on the grade level and school policy, an assessment or interview may be conducted as part of the enrollment process. The purpose of this step is to evaluate the student's readiness and suitability for the academic program.

  • 5. Enrollment Fee and Documents

    Once the application has been reviewed and accepted, you will be required to pay the enrollment fee within 14 days to secure your child's place. Along with the enrollment fee, you will also need to submit the required documents as stated above

  • 6. Orientation

    Once the application has been reviewed and accepted, Prior to the start of the academic year or term, an orientation program will be conducted to welcome new students and their families. This program will provide important information about the school policies, procedures, and expectations. It is a valuable opportunity to familiarize yourself with the school community and meet fellow students and parents.
